We have qualified engineers to carry out the mould design, and experts to inspect the feasibility, meanwhile, we are following the American and European design standard, to ensure the design approval. All positions require qualification certificate.

The perfect operation system of QC Dept. can guarantee the mold quality by inspecting in-coming material, manufacturing process and samples, with the help of the coordinate measuring machine which bought from Coord3 S.P.A, Italy , the projector, the hardness-tester and some others fine measuring equipments. There are 2 QC room in our factory, one is for plastic parts, another one is for steel and electrodes, so that we can provide accurate datum for mold engineering.

Weekly report and digital picture are presented customer the detail project progress status, it is easy for customer to control the everything at the same time. As far as customer care concerned, we take great pride in the high standard of customer service.
