It is a solid appearance of our good service that our Project Managers and Engineers follow all the projects progress from the beginning after the customers confirmed an order. Everything including tooling specification, engineering changes, quality control, timely progress report, and delivery, will be handled by experienced project manager and engineer. What the customer, if far from away, need to do is to contact his project manager and engineer via phone or e-mail to monitor the project under manufacturing. By this means the customer can reduce the cost without coming to China himself.
Weekly program reports with actional pictures will keep our customer informed every latest status of the projects and it is easy for customer to control everything at the same time. Our good project management system will make our customer manage and follow the projects very easily.
We usually use the files in the following format to communicate with our customers: dwg. dxf. pdf, jpg, drw for 2D, igs, step, prt (Pro/e or UG),x_t,sld for 3D.
