Quality begins with tooling design, and we consider it as the key to successful mould making. There are more than 50 engineers (all with Bachelor’s degree or above and rich practical experience) servicing in our engineering department. Armed with the internationally advanced computer-aided systems of SolidWork, Edrawing, Pro/Engineer, Unigraphics, Catia, Cimatron, MasterCAM, Moldflow and AutoCAD of CAD/CAM/CAE, our engineers are quite skilled at 3D & 2D design, mold allocation, CAM, mold-flow analysis, technology of hot runner, air-auxiliary and super-hard molds. High-speed processing technology is now widely used in our company, which ensures high quality and quick delivery for molds.
At Honesty Mould, we’ve optimized the entire plastic molding process. For every project, we use our Quality Planning Protocol. You’ll work with one of our cross-functional teams consisting of representatives from our engineering, tooling, manufacturing and quality assurance departments. They review and optimize your part design, help select the appropriate molding process, choose the right materials and then design and build the mold.
We specialize in creating the best possible part design for application, performance and manufacturability. Many customers supply a complete design. Others give us a sketch.
