Honesty Mould is major in injection mold making, plastic molding and die casting. As having engaged in mould industry for more than 17 years, we have rich experience to build gear moulds, unscrewing moulds, over-molded moulds, 2-shot moulds.The largest mold we can build is 2.2m in length and 1.55m in width, the heaviest mold we can build is 40 ton. The minimum tolerance we can reach is 0.005mm (for the steel) or  0.02mm (for the plastic parts).
The usually used material for the cavity inserts is S136(H),420SS,H13,A2,NAK80, 2083(H), 2767, P20(H), Ampercal 940,Be-Copper,etc,and the steel is normally from Swiss Assab, German Edel, Japan Daido or LKM. The mould base is normally from DME, HASCO, LKM, MingLi.T he hot runner systems we usually used are DME, HASCO,YUDO, Mold Master, Mastertip,Incoe,Husky,etc.The usually used plastic material for the parts includes ABS, PP, POM, PC, PA, PMMA, PE, PU, PPS, PBT, AS, TPE, PPT, etc.
Being strategic at becoming an international mold company, we have some acquisitioning or joint plants to provide the following service:metal mold,blowing plastic, extrusion,rapid prototype,rubber parts. And we also have excellent experience to provide the secondary machine (such as pad printing, painting, hot stamping, plating, sonic welding etc), and assembling service with good quality for our customers.
